Vestra is committed to transparency and fairness in all its operations, while also adhering to the strict requirements of fractional real estate investment and regulatory compliance.
- General Refund Principles
1.1. No Automatic Right to Refund: Due to the nature of fractional real estate investments, which involve the allocation of capital to specific property assets and the commencement of profit generation, investments made on the Vestra Platform are generally non-refundable. Once an investment is confirmed and processed, the funds are typically deployed towards the acquisition, management, or operational costs of the underlying property, making immediate reversal impractical.
1.2. Specific Property Schema Terms Govern: The primary determinant for any potential refund or cancellation will be the specific terms outlined in the "property schema" for the investment you have chosen. Each property schema explicitly details the investment duration, profit schedule, and any available cancellation or early exit options. It is your sole responsibility to thoroughly review and understand the property schema before committing to an investment.
1.3. Regulatory Compliance: Vestra operates under strict regulatory frameworks governing investment platforms and real estate. Any refund requests will be processed in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where Vestra operates.
- Conditions for Potential Refunds or Cancellations
2.1. Cancellation Window (Limited): Some specific property schemas may offer a very limited "cancellation window" immediately following an investment. For example, a schema might state "Cancel In 15 Minutes" or "Cancel In 59 Minutes." * If a cancellation window is explicitly stated in the property schema, you must initiate the cancellation request within the specified timeframe from the moment your investment is confirmed. * Cancellation requests made outside this precise window will not be honored. * Successful cancellation within this window will typically result in a full refund of the invested amount to your Vestra wallet or original payment method, minus any non-recoverable transaction processing fees incurred by Vestra.
2.2. Material Misrepresentation by Vestra: In the extremely rare event that Vestra is found to have made a material misrepresentation regarding a property schema that directly and significantly impacts the fundamental nature or value of your investment, you may be eligible for a refund. * Such claims must be submitted in writing to Vestra's support team within seven (7) calendar days of the alleged misrepresentation becoming known to you. * Vestra will conduct a thorough investigation, and if the claim is substantiated, a refund or an equivalent value transfer may be issued at Vestra's sole discretion, in accordance with its investor protection policy. * This does not cover general market fluctuations or changes in property value that are inherent risks of real estate investment.
2.3. Technical Errors Attributable to Vestra: If an investment transaction fails or is incorrectly processed due to a verifiable technical error on Vestra's Platform, and the funds were debited from your account without the corresponding investment being successfully recorded, a refund will be issued. * You must report such technical errors to Vestra support immediately, providing all relevant transaction details and evidence. * Vestra will investigate and, if the error is confirmed to be on our end, will process a full refund of the incorrectly debited amount.
- Exclusions from Refund Eligibility
3.1. Market Fluctuations: Changes in the market value of the underlying real estate, economic downturns, or any other factors affecting the profitability of the investment that are beyond Vestra's direct control do not qualify for a refund.
3.2. Investor's Change of Mind: A change of personal financial circumstances, investment strategy, or simply a change of mind after the cancellation window (if any) has expired will not be grounds for a refund.
3.3. Failure to Review Schema: Claims for refunds based on a misunderstanding of the investment terms, profit schedules, or exit options that were clearly detailed in the property schema will not be accepted.
3.5. Fraudulent Activity: Any investment made through fraudulent means, unauthorized access to an account, or other illicit activities will not be eligible for a refund to the perpetrator. Vestra will cooperate with law enforcement in such cases.

4.1. Initiating a Request: All refund requests, where applicable under this Policy, must be submitted through Vestra's official customer support channels (live chat, email, or WhatsApp). * You must provide your Vestra account details, the specific investment ID, the date of investment, the amount, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request, along with any supporting documentation.
4.3. Refund Method: If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed back to the original payment method used for the investment or to your Vestra wallet, at Vestra's discretion. The method chosen will aim to minimize processing delays and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
4.4. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5-10 business days from the date of approval. However, the actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4.5. Fees: Any non-recoverable transaction processing fees incurred by Vestra during the initial investment or the refund process may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Early Exit Options (Secondary Market)
5.1. For investments where a direct refund is not available, Vestra may offer a secondary market where investors can sell their fractional shares to other interested investors. * The availability of a secondary market, its terms, and any associated fees will be explicitly detailed within the specific property schema. * Selling shares on the secondary market is subject to market demand and may not guarantee the recovery of your full initial investment. Vestra does not guarantee liquidity on the secondary market.
