The program offers various benefits to Referrers based on the number and activity of their Referred Users. Vestra utilizes a multi-tiered referral system, encompassing Deposit Bounty, Investment Bounty, and Profit Bounty, with commission rates set by the system. Additionally, a Target Referrals program focuses on Deposit Bounty and Investment Bounty.

2. Eligibility and Participation

2.1. Referrer Eligibility: To be eligible to participate as a Referrer, you must have an active Vestra account and have successfully completed the Liveness KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Your account must be in good standing, without any violations of the Vestra Terms of Service.

2.2. Referred User Eligibility: A Referred User must be a new user to Vestra, meaning they have not previously registered an account on the Vestra platform. The Referred User must also successfully complete the Liveness KYC verification process.

2.3. Referral Link/Code: Upon becoming eligible, Referrers will be provided with a unique referral link or code. This link/code must be used by the Referred User during their registration process for the referral to be attributed correctly. Vestra is not responsible for referrals that are not properly tracked due to the Referred User's failure to use the correct referral link/code.

3. Definition of an "Active Referral"

For the purpose of this Referral Program, an "Active Referral" is defined as a Referred User who meets the following strict criteria:

• Completed Liveness KYC Check: The Referred User must have successfully completed Vestra's Liveness KYC verification process. This ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and helps prevent fraudulent activity.
• Financial Activity: The Referred User must have either:
  • Purchased a Share: Directly purchased a share in any property schema available on the Vestra platform using any supported payment gateway.
  • Deposited Funds for Investment: Deposited at least $10 USD into their Vestra wallet with the explicit intent to purchase a share.
• Share Purchase Requirement: It is crucial to understand that merely depositing funds without subsequently purchasing a share will NOT count as an active referral. The primary objective of the deposit must be to facilitate an investment in a fractional property share.
• Activation Period: A Referred User will be counted as an "Active Referral" only after one (1) month from the date they meet both the completed Liveness KYC check and the financial activity criteria (share purchase or deposit for investment). This waiting period is implemented to ensure genuine user engagement and to mitigate potential abuse of the referral system.

4. Referral Tiers and Benefits

Referrers can unlock various benefits based on the cumulative number of their Active Referrals:

4.1. 10 Active Referrals: Upon achieving 10 Active Referrals, the Referrer will receive:
* One (1) Year Free Activation Fee: Exemption from any platform activation fees for a period of one year.
* Zero Flat Fees: Exemption from any flat fees typically associated with transactions or account maintenance for a period of one year.
* Zero Processing Fees: Exemption from any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals for a period of one year.

4.2. 25 Active Referrals: Upon achieving 25 Active Referrals, the Referrer will receive:

6. Commission Payouts

6.1. Commission Calculation: Commission rates for each bounty type (Deposit, Investment, Profit) are determined by the Vestra system and may vary. These rates will be transparently displayed within your Referrer dashboard.
6.2. Payout Schedule: Commissions earned will be credited to your Vestra wallet according to a schedule determined by Vestra, which will be accessible within your Referrer dashboard.
6.3. Minimum Payout Threshold: Vestra may establish a minimum payout threshold for commissions. If your earned commissions do not meet this threshold, they will accumulate until the threshold is reached before being disbursed.

7. Strict Rules and Violations of Referral Policy

Vestra maintains a strict policy against any fraudulent, unethical, or manipulative practices within its Referral Program. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate and severe consequences, including but not limited to:

7.1. Self-Referral: Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself is strictly prohibited. This includes using different email addresses, devices, or IP addresses to circumvent this rule.
7.2. Misleading or Deceptive Promotion: * Making false claims or guarantees about investment returns or the Vestra platform. * Using spamming tactics, unsolicited emails, or mass messaging to promote your referral link. * Impersonating Vestra or any Vestra employee or affiliate. * Engaging in any form of deceptive advertising or marketing.
7.3. Fraudulent Activity: * Generating fake deposits or share purchases to artificially inflate referral numbers. * Colluding with others to manipulate the referral system. * Using stolen payment methods or engaging in any illegal financial activities.
7.4. Abuse of Promotional Offers: Exploiting any promotional offers or bonuses associated with the referral program in a manner inconsistent with their intended use.
7.5. Violation of Terms of Service: Any violation of the general Vestra Terms of Service will also constitute a violation of this Referral Policy.

8. Consequences of Violations

In the event of a violation of this Referral Policy, Vestra reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions, at its sole discretion:

8.1. Immediate Termination of Referral Program Participation: Your participation in the Vestra Referral Program will be immediately revoked.
8.2. Forfeiture of All Earned Commissions and Benefits: Any and all commissions, bounties, and benefits (including free activation fees, zero flat fees, zero processing fees, and Brand Ambassador status) earned through the Referral Program, whether accrued or pending, will be immediately forfeited.
8.3. Account Suspension or Termination: Your Vestra user account may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated.
8.4. Reversal of Transactions: Vestra reserves the right to reverse any transactions or benefits that were obtained through fraudulent or violating activities.
8.5. Legal Action: Vestra may pursue legal action to recover any damages or losses incurred as a result of the violation.
8.6. Reporting to Authorities: Vestra may report fraudulent activities to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
