Vestra facilitates fractional ownership of real estate properties. Through our platform, you can invest in a portion of a property, becoming a co-owner with other investors. Each investment represents a fractional interest in a specific property, and the terms of ownership, including rights, responsibilities, and potential returns, will be detailed in a separate offering memorandum or investment agreement specific to each property. You acknowledge that fractional real estate investments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to market fluctuations, illiquidity, and potential loss of capital. Vestra does not guarantee any specific returns on investment. All investment decisions are made at your own risk, and you are strongly advised to consult with independent financial and legal advisors before making any investment. The specific legal structure for fractional ownership may vary, including direct co-ownership, limited liability company (LLC) interests, or other suitable legal entities, as outlined in the individual property's offering documents.
4. Seller Obligations and Property Listing
Sellers listing properties on the Vestra platform are obligated to provide accurate and complete information about the property, including its condition, legal status, financial performance, and any material facts that could influence an investment decision. Sellers must have clear title to the property or the legal authority to offer fractional interests. Vestra reserves the right to review and approve all property listings before they are made available to investors. While Vestra performs due diligence on listed properties, it is the responsibility of prospective investors to conduct their own independent verification and due diligence before investing. 5. Payments, Withdrawals, and Fees
All financial transactions on the Vestra platform, including investments, withdrawals, and fees, will be processed through secure payment gateways or affiliated Partner Companies not limited to PayTM, Revolut, Ognimohub, Adyen, Klarna, Chime, Monzo, N26, Starling Bank, Varo Bank, SoFi, Robinhood, eToro, Wealthfront, Betterment, Acorns, Charles Schwab, Lemonade, Plaid, FIS, FISERV, Marqeta, and SS&C Technologies. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services as described on our website or in the relevant investment agreements. This may include transaction fees, management fees, and other charges. Details regarding payment methods, withdrawal procedures, and fee structures will be clearly outlined in your account dashboard and in the specific offering documents for each investment. Vestra reserves the right to modify its fee structure with prior notice to users. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your investments and earnings through the platform.

Vestra does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vestra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware.

11.3. Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Vestra's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
